Stephan Avenue Showcase

Calgary Stampede Parade also hosts the Stephen Avenue Showcase on Thursday, July 2nd. Consider applying to join other parade entrants as a static display on Stephen Avenue to create excitement for your organization and the Parade! This is a fantastic opportunity to connect with a large and diverse pedestrian audience, including downtown lunch crowds, tourists, and Calgarians, right in the vibrant heart of the city. Here you can interact directly with spectators, which is not allowed on the Parade route. Float setup on takes place between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM. The peak of the lunch crowd activity is typically from 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM. After that, there is a police escort for the floats directly to the staging area so you can be ready for the big show on Friday, July 3rd. Advise here is you would like to apply for this Showcase. If selected, Coordinators will contact you with an official invitation, containing further details and information.
